Merchants and Crafters prepare for 24th Annual Holiday Extravaganza on Nov. 13 The Merchants and Crafters of Sisseton are putting it together once again for Sisseton’s 24th Annual Holiday Open House Extravaganza, Saturday, Nov. 13.
