Local Merchants and Crafters are extending a Special Welcome to shoppers for Sisseton’s 24th Annual Holiday Open House Extravaganza, Saturday Nov. 13. Organizers have put in countless hours preparing so this year’s Extravaganza will be a special day for all of the customers, and encourage you to stop in, browse and shop at all ten participating locations! Stores will begin opening at 8:00 a.m.
