Movies of Hope announces new season of films

Movies of Hope will kick off a new season of month- y films with the showing of WHEN THE GAME STANDS TALL on Sunday, Oct. 1, at 4:00 p.m.

WHEN THE GAME STANDS TALL tells the inspiring true story of the De La Salle Spartans high school football team, which set a 151-game winning streak record, before finally suffering a crushing defeat. The movie encourages teamwork over individual goals, forgiveness and a strong faith in God, not only in sports but in one’s individual life as well.
