Storm Brews

On Monday, June 5, around 1:15 in the afternoon, a rain storm built up right over Sisseton and dumped 2.1 inches of rain in about an hour and a half. Pictured above is the creek behind Stillson’s surging with the water at the top of the bridge, and pictured below is a storm drain on Oak Street with water rushing into the drain. Other places in the area received very little or no rain, while some received over 2” in isolated rain storms. ~ Courier Photos
