“Annika Estwick Day” in Sisseton on Mar. 1

In honor of Annika Estwick’s achievement in being named South Dakota Jr. Snow Queen, the first such honor for the City of Sisseton, the Mayor of Sisseton, Terry Jaspers, proclaimed Mar. 1 to be Annika Estwick Day in Sisseton.
