Sisseton Redmen Wrestlers compete at Region; Six advance to state

Redmen Wrestlers Qualify for State B Tournament The Sisseton Redmen hosted Region 1B on Saturday, Feb. 22. Redmen wrestlers qualifying for the State B (andtheir weight class) include (left to right) Isiah Grimm (132), Jayden Fryer (138), Anthony Benda (145), Carter Metz (152), Matthew Moen (170), and Devan Appel (220). The Sisseton Redmen wrestling team hosted the Region 1B meet on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020 with the Redmen placing six wrestlers to state. Carter Metz won the Region 1B 152 lbs weight class. Isiah Grimm 132 lbs and Anthony Benda 145 lbs, each were Runner Up in their weight class. Jayden Fryer took third at 138 lbs. Devon Appel 220 lbs and Matthew Moen 170 lbs, each took fourth in their weight class.
