WANTED: Peter Stewart

Peter Stewart pled guilty in Roberts County court to the crimes of: Keeping a place for use or sale of Controlled Substances, which is a felony, and Unauthorized Ingestion of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), which is also a felony.

Peter Stewart was instructed by the court to turn himself in to the Roberts County Sheriff on Sept. 9, 2022, and failed to do so.

According to Roberts County Sheriff Tyler Appel, Stewart has been involved in the sale and distribution of methamphetamine in the Roberts County area for some time, and his time has come to sit in a penitentiary for his crimes. Several of Stewart’s most recent charges were for sale and distribution of methamphetamine within 500 feet of an elementary school.
