Sisseton man sentenced to Federal Prison for Child Abuse

United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced on Feb. 4 that U.S. District Judge Eric C. Schulte has sentenced a Sisseton, SD, man convicted of Child Abuse. The sentencing took place on Jan. 27, 2025. 

Nathaniel Yazzie, 24, was sentenced to one year and seven months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
