Sisseton’s Smallest Snowmen

Two tiny snowmen sit in front of this house located on Ash Street West in Sisseton.
Perhaps the smallest snowmen around, they are nevertheless creative with cozy
hats and sticks for arms. With the Groundhog Day forecast of six more weeks of
