Roberts County Fatal Crash

One person died Wednesday evening, June 14, in a two- vehicle crash southeast of New Effington.

The names of the persons involved have not been released pending notification of family members.

Preliminary crash information indicates that a Harley Davidson golf cart was driving westbound near mile marker 233 on SD Highway 127. A 2010 Ford F150 pickup was driving eastbound near mile marker 233 on SD Highway 127. The golf cart crossed the center line and collided with the F150 pickup.
