Poetry on the Road coming Oct. 12

Sisseton is one of 15 locations across the state to host an evening of poetry with the South Dakota State Poetry Society (SDSPS). South Dakota’s new Poet Laureate, Bruce Roseland, along with SDSPS member poets will give readings, followed by an open mic time for local poets who would like to read.

Join in an evening of poetry and refreshments coordinated by the Sisseton Arts Council Thursday, Oct. 12, at 7:00 p.m. at the Thollehaug Commons (former middle school).
