GOING ON A BEAR HUNT

Sisseton Area Partners for Progress (SAPP) has been encouraging families and businesses around Sisseton to put teddy bears in their windows. As quarantined people drive or walk through town they can go on a “bear hunt” looking for who has teddy bears in their windows.
