Community Foundation Donates to Baseball Program

The Sisseton Area Community Foundation (SACF) recently donated $2,500 to the Sisseton Youth Baseball Association (SYBA) to fund new dugouts at the baseball field. The check presentation included (back, left to right) SYBA Committee Member Wade Veflin, SACF Board Member Jane Schneider, and SYBA Committee Member Dean Lehrke. Also helping with the check presentation were Sisseton Youth Baseball participants (front) Dayton, Hudson and Everett Bragg. The Sisseton Area Community Foundation accepts donations that are placed in an endowed fund with the South Dakota Community Foundation.
