Close Call With Hydrant

The Sioux Valley Gas truck had a close call with a fire hydrant on 3rd Ave. East right behind the Thollehaug Commons (Old Middle School), and had to get a wrecker to pull the trailer away from the hydrant. Pictured above is Fisher’s wrecker pulling the fuel tank away from the hydrant. The truck could not back up to get the trailer away from the hydrant due to ice on the road.
