The music will be flowing as Queens Gabrielle Hanson and Emmaline Donnell pass on their titles to the 2025 Snow Queens. Everyone will be “Dancing Through the Decades” at the Sisseton Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7:00 p.m..
