Local Merchants and Crafters are extending a Special Welcome to shoppers for Sisseton’s 23rd Annual Holiday Open House Extravaganza, to be held Saturday, Nov. 14. Merchants and vendors have put in countless hours preparing so this year’s Extravaganza will be a special day for everyone. Stop in, browse and shop at all of the participating locations! Stores will begin opening at 8:00 a.m.
