Locals driving by the Nicollet Tower on Highway 10 west of Sisseton will notice something different -- art work displayed on the tower itself rather than inside the Interpretive Center. Erin Genia’s artwork Wičaȟnpi adorns the tower and is clearly visible to travelers passing by.
