Sisseton Boys Golfers open up season

The Sisseton Redmen Boys Golf Team opened the sea- son against Sioux Valley at Meadow Creek Golf Course in Volga on Monday, Aug. 14.

Sisseton’s Bradley Hansen took 26th shooting a 102 (52- 50) to pace the Redmen. Luke Nielsen took 27th shooting a 103 (51-52), and Cash Opsal carded a 112 (53-59) to take 35th.

iospa Zina’s Frank Barse took 20th shooting a 94 (47- 47).

Brevin Fliehs of Groton was the medalist shooting a 76 (38-38), outlasting Flandreau’s Kaden Burshiem who shot a 77 (39-38).

Flandreau took the team title shooting a team 337, with Aberdeen Roncalli shooting a team score of 343.
