Sisseton gymnasts compete in triangular

The Sisseton Redmen Gymnastics Team competed in a triangular at Estelline/ Hendricks on Monday, Jan. 23, with Sisseton, Vermillion, and Estelline/Hendricks competing.

Izzy Metz was the top scorer for the Redmen, scoring 7.900 on vault, 7.150 on bars, 7.650 on beam, and 8.100 on floor for a total of 30.800.

Olivia Deutsch scored 6.600 on vault, 6.400 on bars, 6.300 on beam, and 8.250 on floor for a total of 27.550.

Cristal Lopez scored 7.600 on vault, 4.400 on bars, 4.900 on beam, and 7.250 on floor for a total of 24.150.

Colie Schultz scored 6.700 on vault, 5.500 on bars, and 5.700 on beam, and 6.050 on floor for a total of 23.950.

Alexis Ceroll scored 5.100 on beam and 6.150 on floor.

Sadie Johnson of Estelline/ Hendricks was the top gymnast and led her team to the top spot.

The State A Gymnastics Meet will be held on Feb. 11 and 12 in Aberdeen.
