Sisseton hosts Golf Invite

The Sisseton Invitational Golf Tournament was held Thursday, Sept. 23, at the Valley View Country Club west of Sisseton.

Sisseton’s Riley Steen led the Redmen, shooting a 92 to take eighth place. Mason Gray took twelfth place shooting a 95. Derek Karst shot a 114, Reed Gray shot a 123, and Bradley Hansen shot a 130 for the Redmen.

Caleb Barse of Tiospa Zina placed second shooting an 86, not far behind Alfie Henderson of Flandreau, who claimed first place shooting an 84.

The Roncalli team shot a 382 for first place, Milbank a 403 for second, and Groton a 404 for third.
