Sisseton golfers compete in Aberdeen

The Sisseton Redmen Boys Golf team traveled to Aberdeen to compete in the Aberdeen Invite on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Sisseton was led by Luke Nielsen, who tied for 37th place shooting a 92. Bradley Hansen shot a 93 to take 40th, Dana BraveBull shot a 95 to tie for 41st, Cash Opsal tied for 50th shooting a 99, and Carter Stickland shot a 102 to tie for 54th.

Sawyer Sonnenschein of Pierre was the medalist shooting a three under par 68. Ty Lenards and Jaden Solhelm, both of Watertown, tied for second place shooting a one over par 72.

Sisseton will travel to Redfield on Tuesday, Sept. 17, and host the Sisseton Invite on Thursday, Sept. 26.
