Sisseton Boys get first win of season at Flandreau

The Sisseton Redmen boys basketball team got its first win of the season on Monday, Feb. 6, over the Flandreau Indians 72-71 in an overtime thriller in Flandreau.

Sisseton was behind all game long until the fourth quarter when they tied up the game 66-66. In overtime, Sisseton was behind 69-71 until Ethan DeSpiegler threw up a half court shot just before the final buzzer went off and made the shot to give Sisseton the 72-71 victory.
