No. 3 ranked Sisseton falls to No. 1 ranked Hamlin

The third ranked Class A Sisseton Redmen girls basketball team fell to the top ranked Class A Hamlin Chargers 43-52 on Thursday, Jan. 26, in Hayti.

Sisseton fell behind 11-17 at the end of the first quarter and could not catch the top ranked Chargers, falling 43-52.

Emmalee Nielsen led the way for the Redmen, scoring 12 points, grabbing 2 rebounds, dishing out 2 assists, and tally- ing 1 steal and 1 blocked shot. Krista Langager had a double double for the Redmen, scoring 10 points and pulling down 11 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots.
