Live Nativity

Youth from Grace Lutheran Church performed the Live Nativity on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023 at the Heinecke farm. They reenacted the story of the birth of Jesus. Live animals and kids along with Baby Jesus, portrayed by Waylon Martenson brought the scene to life, complete with wisemen, shepherds and angels. Participants included (front row, left to right) Sophie German as Mary holding Waylon Martenson as Baby Jesus, Jeremiah Hamm as Joseph, (middle row) Sebastien Spencer, Corbyn McCleerey, and Grayson Mc- Cleerey as wisemen, Alex Stickland, and Ezra Norman as Shepherds, Narrator Bri White and Harper Hort- ness (back row) Angels are Izzy Spencer, Aubrey Guy, Braxton Huff, Etta Fladland, Izzy Ceroll and Cinder Hoffman. Aspen Snaza, Averee Anderson and Taylor Snaza were song leaders and did special music. The Live Nativity was directed by Bobby Jo Hamm. ~ Courier Photos
