Cross Country Team travels to Clear Lake

The Sisseton Redmen Cross Country Team traveled to Clear Lake to compete in the Deuel Invite on Monday, Sept. 21.

Sisseton’s Curtis Bissonette Jr. took 14th place, running the race in 18:49.30. Buddy Bird came in 40th, running the race in 22:04.28.

Riley Benning of Estelline/Hendricks was the medalist, running the 5K in 16:42.13. Clark/Willow Lake won the team title.

Sisseton will host the Sisseton Invite on Thursday, Oct. 1, and will travel to Wheaton on Saturday, Oct. 3.
